Role Descriptions: We are seeking a Decision QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality correctness and reliability of the NBA Decision Engine which determines the most appropriate Next Best Action using rules data signals and ML outputs. This role focuses on building automated test frameworks for decision logic eligibility rules and APIs implemented in andor Python validating decision outcomes across multiple scenarios and testing integrations with state machines action libraries and ML services. The ideal candidate has strong experience with API and backend test automation (e.g. pytest Postman REST-assured or equivalent) test data management and CICD integration with an understanding of decision explainability edge cases and regression testing in regulated environments. The engineer will collaborate closely with backend rules data and ML teams to embed automated quality gates and ensure decisioning behavior is consistent auditable and production-ready at scale.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate has strong experience with API and backend test automation (e.g. pytest Postman REST-assured or equivalent) test data management and CICD integration with an understanding of decision explainability edge cases and regression testing in regulated environments
