Role Description:
Strong hands-on experience in AS400 development using RPGLE Synon and COBOL.
Proficient in Modern RPG COBOL Synon and DB2 concepts.
Experience using development and monitoring tools such as Hawkeye Aldon and RDi.
Solid understanding of project execution methodologies and Agile development practices.
Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and RxClaim is a plus.
Experience Requirements:
12 years of experience in AS400 development.
8 years of experience in RPGLE.
6 years of experience in CLLE.
6 years of experience in Synon.
6 years of experience in COBOL.
4 years of experience leading AS400 development teams.
4 years of experience working with ILE.
4 years of experience working in Agile development environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical development efforts and guide a team of 2 3 developers.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Design build and configure applications to meet business needs.
Perform coding and unit testing to ensure successful completion of development phases.
Work in an Agile delivery model and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Lead and mentor offshore teams (2 4 members).
Support effective collaboration within an onshore offshore delivery model.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Essential Skills:
Expertise in AS400 development using RPGLE Synon and COBOL.
Strong knowledge of Modern RPG DB2 CLLE and ILE concepts.
Hands-on experience with Hawkeye Aldon and RDi tools.
Proven leadership experience in AS400 development environments.
Strong analytical interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
PBM and RxClaim domain experience preferred.
