Job Description
Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10 Years of IT Experience. Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects. Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java Microservices Spring boot Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies. Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API mostly experience in using Java spring boot and any messaging tool. MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years). *Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.* Good Communication. 100% written confirmation on working from the client office no remote working (not negotiable)
