Job Summary
Provide day-to-day analytical PMO and subject-matter support across all RHTP and ToRCH Care workstreams
Support development and maintenance of integrated project plans schedules risk and issue logs
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (policy operational financial and performance) to support decision-making
Prepare executive-level briefings dashboards reports and presentation materials
Support CMS reporting documentation and audit readiness activities
Provide targeted subject-matter expertise on Medicaid operations APMs provider transformation digital health or workforce initiatives as needed
Support onsite and virtual meetings including documentation of decisions actions and follow-ups
Required Skill Set:
Program management & PMO support
Data analysis & reporting
Healthcare policy and Medicaid program knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication
MS Excel PowerPoint and collaboration tools
Ability to rapidly learn and support multiple workstreams
Required Experience:
4 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting public-sector program delivery or Medicaid-related initiatives
Prior experience supporting state or large public health programs preferred
Experience working in PMO analytics or operational support roles
Familiarity with CMS Medicaid or rural healthcare environments strongly preferred
Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree a plus
