SAP NS2 Cloud PMO Intern

The NS2 Enterprise PMO Intern will participate in defined tasks for selected CoE initiatives enterprise projects and/or cloud projects in our emerging NS2 project portfolio.

General Responsibilities:

Support the PMCoE in maintaining and improving project management standards templates tools and best practices

Assist with project governance activities including status reporting risk/issue tracking and milestone monitoring

Help collect analyze and organize project and portfolio data for dashboards and executive reporting

Participate in process improvement initiatives (e.g. lessons learned maturity assessments standardization efforts)

Support project managers with documentation such as project plans schedules RAID logs and change requests

Assist in coordinating meetings workshops and PMO-related communications

Contribute to knowledge management by organizing documentation and supporting training or onboarding materials

Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative support as needed to support PMO objectives

Qualifications:

Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and create clear summaries or reports

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Eagerness to learn PMO practices governance and enterprise project management

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with project tools (e.g. MS Project) is a plus

Education Requirements

Must be obtaining college credited degree or be a recent college graduate

Mobility: 0-10% Travel

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
