Role Summary:
The ServiceNow Developer will support configuration enhancement and automation of the ITSM platform in alignment with client requirements. This role is responsible for implementing ITSM workflows service catalog items forms approvals notifications integrations and automation while adhering to configuration-over-customization best practices.
The ServiceNow Developer will support configuration enhancement and automation of the ITSM platform in alignment with client requirements. This role is responsible for implementing ITSM workflows service catalog items forms approvals notifications integrations and automation while adhering to configuration-over-customization best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge CMDB and Service Catalog modules
- Develop custom forms mandatory fields SLAs workflows and approval logic
- Implement orchestration and automation for service requests and incident resolution
- Support integrations with Active Directory SCCM Intune monitoring tools and cloud platforms
- Assist with testing defect resolution and production support
- Support phased rollout and continuous improvement activities
