Job Title: ETL Developer/SQL tester (Hybrid)

Location: Raleigh NC
Duration: 12 Month

Job Description:

The client is looking to hire a ETL Developer/SQL tester with 5-7 years of experience.

Skill Sets and experience include

SQL: Writing Complex Queries understanding Database Relationships debugging and performance tuning
Experience working with different DB systems such as MySQL Oracle MS SQL Server or similar DBs
ETL tools: Hands-on experience with cloud-based tools
Understanding data modeling
Experience with DevOps

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Designing building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
Analyzing data models and business requirements.
Troubleshooting data issues and optimizing performance.
Creating documentation for processes and systems.
Data Validation: Query the database to verify that data is correctly inserted updated and deleted by the application ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Design Create and Execute Test Cases:
Backend Testing: Validating backend logic and data processing that might not be immediately visible through the user interface.
Collaboration: Working closely with developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
