Job Summary

Title: Business Management Analyst
Type: Onsite
Location: Washington DC


Position Overview
Business Management Analyst to provide administrative and operational support to its Financial Stability Division. This position supports core business functions including budgeting procurement personnel coordination space planning travel events and administrative policy compliance. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented adaptable and comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide division-wide administrative and operational support including preparation review and distribution of internal reports.
  • Assist with budget preparation maintenance tracking and basic financial analysis.
  • Manage purchase card activity and enter purchase orders in Coupa.
  • Track and coordinate personnel actions such as vacancies and departures; maintain knowledge of Federal Reserve Board HR policies and procedures.
  • Support office space planning efforts including staff onboarding office moves and workspace coordination.
  • Assist in managing division travel ensuring proper approvals budget alignment and policy compliance.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings and events including scheduling materials preparation and coordination as needed.
  • Maintain familiarity with Federal Reserve Board and division-level administrative policies to ensure compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the divisions administrative operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administration operations or business management
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational administrative and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated analytical ability including experience with data analysis reporting and basic financial or budget support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including editing and proofreading
  • Ability to work effectively with staff at all organizational levels in both independent and team-based environments
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment initiative and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
