Job Title: Teaching Positions - All Roles (Substitute Float Assistant Lead Teacher)
Location: The Grove Childcare Center
Pay Range: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Type: Part-time and Full-time available

At The Grove Childcare Center we are continuously seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team for a variety of teaching roles. Whether youre interested in a Substitute Teacher Float Teacher Assistant Teacher or Lead Teacher position we encourage you to apply.
These positions may become available both now and in the future as we strive to build a team of skilled professionals who are passionate about early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Teachers will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum maintaining a positive classroom environment and leading a team of assistant teachers and floats.
- Assistant Teachers will support Lead Teachers by assisting with daily activities guiding childrens learning and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
- Float Teachers will work in various classrooms as needed providing support to different groups of children and assisting in maintaining a smooth operation across all age groups.
- Substitute Teachers will fill in for teachers who are absent ensuring the continued care and education of children in the classroom.
Key Qualifications:
- A passion for working with young children
- High school diploma (required); Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Experience in childcare or teaching (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and age groups
- Must pass background check and meet WI state Department of Children and Family licensing requirements
