POSITION SUMMARY

Builds and nurtures high-impact relationships with clients carrier partners and internal stakeholders fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional value. Serves as a trusted advisor and thought leader championinginnovationand excellence inbrokingpractices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadplacement strategy withWorldClientAdvisors andAccountExecutivesto achieveoptimaloutcomes for clients and prospective clients
  • Drivea competitive coverageplacementprocess anddemonstratestrong negotiation skills to achieveappropriatecost coverage and capacity targets for clients and prospective clients
  • Maintain productive and responsive relationships with underwriting managers practice leaders and business development managers of Worldskey Trading Partners
  • Participate as requested in client and prospective client introductory strategic planningandproposal meetingsand represent World in a professionaland responsivemanner
  • Promoteutilizationof strategicTradingPartnerscritical tomaintainingsecure and dependable relationships for World to generateoptimaloutcomes forclients and prospective clients
  • Collaborate withpeers and national resources as necessary to ensure clients and prospective clients coverage needs are comprehensivelyaddresses
  • Managebusinessmodelsin accordance withcorporateKPIs

WORKEXPERIENCE/JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 10yearsindustry experience in risk management and insurance brokerage underwriting and carrier relationship management role; or in combination
  • Minimum 5 years in leadership role with high-performing successful teams including goal setting and associate performance review responsibilities
  • Complete Understanding of a national insurance brokers sales service and broking platforms

COMPUTER SOFTWARE SKILLS
  • Proficientin all Microsoft office products
  • Mid-levelexpertisewith excel

PROFESSIONAL LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
  • Preferred insurancedesignationsuch asCPCU CIC or ARM
  • Licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer in resident state

EDUCATION
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional designation

Compensation
This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $195000 to $235000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including business needs experience level of responsibility and qualifications.
