Amazon Freight (Amazons external facing Freight service) India is seeking highly skilled and motivated Carrier Management Specialist to assist in the resolution of SPN carrier issues along with shipper and internal stakeholders. If you are interested in managing one of Amazons newest businesses through its start-up phase you might be interested in this role with Amazon Freight.
An ideal candidate has a background in transportation and excellent data driven problem resolution skills. They have the ability to pull and analyze data with ease drive process improvements standardize our processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems. This job will require exceptional communication skills as a customer facing role and requires the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment.
Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Responsible for implementation on new and existing SOPs
-Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
-Support SPN carriers by researching on inbounding defects and other metrices
-Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks process control gaps and improve the carrier performance and share of wallet.
- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 1 years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience
