We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Client Servicing Executive with 1-2 years of experience in out-of-home (OOH) advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the OOH advertising landscape.

What you will do:

Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the OOH advertising sector.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscape and client needs adjusting strategies as necessary.

Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients showcasing our OOH advertising solutions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.

Reporting:
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive rates.


Requirements

1-2 years of sales experience in out-of-home advertising or a related field.
Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales in ooh.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
