Monday - Friday Day Shift 08:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility required in line with operational needs

A satisfying role
Leading a small team of direct reports youll drive performance and ensure fleet compliance across the site making sure were fully equipped to deliver our products to our customers. Youll take accountability for budgets resource allocation retention health & safety customer service and VOR rates.
What you bring to the mix
With your experience leading and motivating a team youve got what it takes to excel in this role:
- an analytical mind with the ability to identify trends from large data sets
- excellent commercial awareness
- a strong understanding of fleet compliance regulations
- CPC (or the willingness to acquire it).
