What youll be working on:
job evaluation and grading (methodology role architecture leveling)
analysis and structuring of compensation frameworks
design or redesign of incentive and bonus schemes (role-based KPI-driven)
identifying and mitigating gender pay-gap and pay-equity risks
preparing organizations for reporting and compliance requirements under the Directive.
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
proven experience in Comp & Benefits / Total Rewards consulting
hands-on delivery of job evaluation projects (e.g. Mercer Hay Willis Towers Watson or robust proprietary frameworks)
strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its real-world implications
confidence working with senior leadership HR and Finance
pragmatic delivery-focused mindset you care about outcomes not theory.
