Job Summary
About the Role
As a Client Services Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and referring practices. Your role will focus on managing inbound and outbound communication and providing administrative support to ensure the clinic operates efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming phone calls and email enquiries in a clear professional manner
- Coordinating specialist consultations rechecks and procedure bookings
- Processing referrals and liaising with referring veterinary practices
- Supporting clients with appointment logistics and general enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate patient and client records
- Completing administrative tasks to support clinicians and nursing staff
- Assisting with invoicing payments and document management
- Helping create a calm organised and compassionate clinic environment
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
Wed love to hear from you if you:
- Have at least 2 years experience in client service medical administration veterinary reception or a similar role
- Are seeking a part-time position working 3 days per week 8:30am 5:30pm
- Enjoy supporting clients through phone and email communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Have excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and communicate clearly calmly and confidently
- Are organised adaptable and professional in a specialist medical environment
