The Framework Manager (FM) is the central point for coordinating delivery and performance across assigned framework contracts . The role blends contract management business development resource management and governance to ensure compliant high-quality delivery .
Youll build strong client relationships and drive growth across frameworks ensuring services are delivered on time to cost and to quality . Acting as the first point of escalation youll resolve issues quickly and effectively .
Reporting to the Senior Business Manager (SBM) youll own P&L performance contractual KPIs and budget delivery . Youll oversee the full framework lifecycle from award to renewal support bids and future opportunities and represent Assystem in reviews and forums .
The role includes overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring compliance and governance managing team growth and resourcing and working closely with recruitment and project managers. Youll monitor performance revenue invoicing and margins ensuring projects meet or exceed agreed commercial targets .
Youll also ensure legal and contractual clarity drive continuous improvement through feedback and reporting and help shape the future direction of each framework in line with Assystems growth strategy .
Qualifications :
Qualifications (Must Have)
Minimum HND qualified in a Technical Engineering or Project Managementrelated discipline . Strong understanding of commercial and contract administration particularly NEC3 and NEC4 . Proven interpersonal and communication skills with a solid track record and understanding of the nuclear sector .
Qualifications (Ideal)
Demonstrated experience in Project Management Team Leadership and Portfolio Delivery . Membership of a relevant professional body such as APM or IPMA .
