Job Summary
As a Junior Investment Manager you are at the forefront of shaping Scalables existing and future Wealth product offering from a strategic perspective. You will collaborate with seasoned portfolio managers ETP traders and quantitative financial engineers to leverage your understanding of ETFs the asset management industry advanced investment strategies and risk management.
- Drive strategic projects to continuously improve Scalable Wealth our digital ETF-based wealth management solution
- Work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across Scalable including senior management product managers engineers marketing and editorial
- Propose analyze backtest and implement changes to our Wealth asset allocation with several bn of assets under management working with our portfolio managers
- Support with data collection and preparation of high-impact presentations
- Analyze performance market and other large datasets for reporting and to derive decision-relevant insights
- Participate in meetings with leading ETF issuers and stay up to date with the latest market developments
- Serve as a knowledge centre for all capital markets related topics including developing finance-related content for our clients
Qualifications :
- Excellent academic background in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or a related field of studies
- Relevant work experience from prior internships or full-time employment (e.g. Consulting Asset Management Investment Banking Business Development)
- A strong passion for financial markets and exchange-traded products (ETPs).
- Ability to deliver with excellent analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- First experience with data analysis and SQL
- Additional qualifications (e.g. CFA progression) considered a plus
- Excellent command of German and English both written and spoken
