  • Client Servicing/ Account Management
  • Sales Growth & Business Expansion
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations finance and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications :

Experience & Education

  • Professional Background: 78 years of proven experience in B2B Sales Account Management or Business Development.
  • Industry Expertise: Preferred experience within the Food FMCG or Supply Chain sectors.
  • Academic Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.

Leadership & People Management

  • Team Leadership: At least 4 years of experience managing teams with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales or account management functions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.

Technical Proficiency & Mindset

  • Data-Driven Reporting: High proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis; ability to translate raw data into actionable growth strategies and reporting.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced experience with CRM tools and a digital-first approach to sales pipeline management.
  • Core Mindset: A proactive target-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a structured problem-solving approach to market challenges.
