Job Summary
Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is looking for a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in our Workshop Services department in the Mobility Aftermarket. The successful applicant will be mentored in the following areas:
- Introduction into Workshop Services Africa Department
- Customer Complaint Process
- Workshop Purchase Figures
- Workshop Onboarding Admin Process
- Introduction into Concept Management
- Workshop Services Value Proposition
- Anti-Trust Law
- Code of Business Conduct
- Gratuity in dealing with third parties
Qualifications :
Education:
Matric/Grade 12
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Administration Business Management or Bachelor of Commerce.
