Job Summary
- Oversee and manage all on-site Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) construction activities ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and hotel standards.
- Monitor daily site progress supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure construction works meet required quality schedule and safety requirements.
- Coordinate site interfaces between CSA trades and MEP ID façade and specialist contractors to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
- Review and validate contractors method statements work programs material submissions shop drawings and progress claims related to CSA scope.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly conduct site inspections and QA/QC checks and prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Architecture or related field.
- Professional certification or membership (e.g. PE PMP CIOB ICE RIBA) is an advantage.
- 810 years of experience specifically in managing CSA works for hotel hospitality or high-end mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes hotel operator standards and international design and construction best practices.
- Proven experience in contractor management design coordination and project delivery in fast-paced environments.
