Job Summary
- Design develop and implement CIAM solutions integrating with a variety of systems and platforms.
- Manage and maintain CIAM IDP tools through PingIdentity ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Utilize orchestration tools like PingOne DaVinci to automate and streamline identity workflows.
- Implement and manage identity proofing processes to ensure secure user authentication and verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align CIAM solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture designs implementation plans and operational procedures.
- Implement manage and support technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) FIDO authentication Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance & Administration.
- Apply in-depth understanding of identity protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) OAuth SAML AD-Fed API Gateways and SCIM.
- Support CIAM infrastructure upgrades patches and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity and access management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications :
- 7 -10 years managing and leading in the IAM/CIAM space.
- Expert understanding of OIDC OAuth & SAML.
- Deep understanding of Selectors Policy Trees IdP & SP Connections and LDAP directory management.
- Comfortable with PingFederate PingDirectory PingDataProxy PingOne Davinci and PingID MFA.
