• Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

• 0–1 year of experience in a system administration or IT support role.

• Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of operating systems (Windows Linux macOS).

• Provide Level 1 support for desktops laptops printers and other peripherals.

• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues and network connectivity problems.

• Perform routine system backups patch management and antivirus updates.

• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.

• Respond to support tickets calls and emails from internal users.

• Assist in hardware/software inventory and procurement.

• Support remote users using RDP VPN or remote access tools.

• Vendor co-ordination
