Job Summary

  •  At least 9-12 years of solid end to end project experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central   Time Tracking  Time off  for national and international clients  
  • Should have experience implementing multi country large scale corporate
  • Must Have skills  
  • Certified SuccessFactors EC   EC Time tracking  Time off  and at least one other module  Compensation and benefits will be preferred    
  • Delta certification is mandatory

Job Description

  • Extensive cross module knowledge in the entire SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central   Time tracking and SAP HCM module landscape as well as a deep understanding of their complex data models and system relationships
  • Should be able to communicate his experience from implementation projects and support those recommendations with the customer
  • Assist clients in the selection  implementation  and support of the SAP SuccessFactors EC   Time tracking  This includes consulting skills  business knowledge  and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
  • Conducting workshops with stakeholders  demonstrating best practices  and training users
  • Responsibility in both technical analysis  technical conception  and implementation of  Best Practice   solutions for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Leading customer workshops for the SF EC Time Tracking implementation and roll out projects
  • Accompanying and implementing international rollouts
  • Independently design   configure SuccessFactors   EC   EC Time off and or related systems
  • Should be very good in configuring Business configuration   Business rules   Workflows   Permissions   Integrations
  • Consulting and support for the customer and the integration team in Core Hybrid projects  integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Participating in bid teams in the creation and quality assurance of offers through expert knowledge
  • Comprehensive and in depth experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in both Greenfield and Core Hybrid approach
  • A structured working style according to project management standards as well as experience with agile  project  methods
