As a Global Project Manager you will lead Global New Active Ingredient (AI) programs including 3rd Party Co-Development collaborations from late Research through Development to commercialization.
Accountabilities:
- Build highly engaged and high performing Multifunctional Project Teams (MPTs) focused on delivering the best products successfully to the market.
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills to secure required engagement sponsorship and approval for success.
- Develop co-owned and fully documented project recommendations for approval by the relevant governance bodies and senior leadership.
- Lead and manage complex change initiatives in delivery of strategic initiatives and significant changes in program strategy.
- Inspire teams to creatively explore and exploit digital opportunities to drive development and launch digitally enabled products.
- Ensure project and resource data is correct up-to-date regularly reported and of high quality.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of delivering complex R&D projects as a project or program manager within the agricultural industry.
- Highly skilled in leading international and multidisciplinary project teams.
- More than 5 years leadership experience in R&D roles within the agrochemical industry.
- Advanced degree (Bachelors minimum Master of Science MBA or PhD preferred) in relevant field
- Project Management Certification: PMP or equivalent
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 7 years project/program management experience with at least 5 years in R&D leadership roles within the agrochemical industry
- Demonstrated success managing complex international R&D projects in agriculture from initiation to completion
- Track record of effectively leading cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
