Job Summary

FLINT is seeking two Superintendent 1 Night shift & 1 Day shift for a project-based role in Empress Alberta starting late June 2026 through October 2026. The scope includes heavy rigging mechanical and piping work critical lifts and pre-planning with primarily bolt-up piping and limited onsite welding. This position follows a 12 & 2 rotation with 10-hour days and offers a $165/day LOA.

What would you be doing

Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
Prepare monitor and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
Establish implement and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures
Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

Qualifications :

Is results-oriented passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites.
Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset.
Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS Standard First Aid and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
