- Ensures the monitoring and proper functioning of onboarding process;
- Ensures the monitoring and proper functioning of offboarding process;
- Provides IT support and ensures helpdesk functionality for end users and business colleagues;
- Provides IT support for installing/reinstalling operating systems software programs network printers/multifunctionals;
- Google Workspace / Admin;
- Active Directory;
- Okta - security verification and DVR & NVR experience will be a plus;
- Knowledge of mobile device management platforms;
- Knowledge of ticketing/inventory systems;
- Constantly interested in understanding in depth the activities carried out within the company;
Qualifications :
- Higher education;
- Technical knowledge related to PC operating systems;
- Technical knowledge related to networks computers protocols and standards;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Good interpersonal skills eager to get involved and provide support;
- Likes to work in a team with full office schedule;
- Self-taught solves problems independently but also knows when to ask for help from others when needed;
