Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Data Scientist to join our this role you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will work in a dynamic multi-cloud environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy scalable machine learning models and data science solutions to solve complex business problems
- Extract transform and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and optimize queries and data models across multiple platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices within the data science team
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve our capabilities continuously
Qualifications :
Required technical skills
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related quantitative field
- 5 years of experience in data science analytics or a related role
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data science projects from concept to production
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis machine learning and automation
- Hands-on experience with Spark SQL for large-scale data processing
- Solid knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization
- Experience working in AWS and GCP environments
- Familiarity with Databricks for collaborative data engineering and data science workflows
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI or similar)
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control (Git)

- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies tools and environments
- Context Switching: Proven capability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Collaboration: Team player with experience working in cross-functional and agile environments
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
Additional Information :

- Experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry
- Knowledge of supply chain analytics or demand forecasting
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment at scale
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
