Daily Responsibilities May Include:
Designing and delivering exceptional à la carte and event menus
Leading a team to maintain high culinary standards
Managing prep ordering and stock control
Upholding hygiene food safety and equipment maintenance
Supporting training and development of junior chefs
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Relevant Commercial Cookery Certification (Cert IV)
Demonstrated experience in a high-end or luxury kitchen environment
Creativity consistency and attention to detail in food presentation
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards
A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
