THE POSITION

Prepare cook and serve meals at this Bundoora site
Apply catering control principles; food safety waste minimisation and cleaning
Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
Slightly modify recipes to meet customers needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt remove dairy)
Monday shift and Friday shift each week with the option to pick up extra shifts

THE PERSON

Proximity to this worksite in the Melbourne suburb of Bundoora
Knowledge of food hygiene & workplace health & safety protocols
Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification)
NPC Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
