Job Summary
At Novotel Sydney City Centre we are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a night owl who is guest obsessed has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
In this role you will:
- Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful clear information.
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in check-out and throughout the night.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
- Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
- Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud
- Must be available to work 38 hours per week across weekdays weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Australian working rights
