Part-Time Server

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create a welcoming environment for all guests of fl.2
• Knowledge of beverages menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards including cash handling and responsible service of alcohol
• Service all tables assigned in a timely manner answering guest questions and  following dietary restrictions
• Handle guest recoveries or any concerns raised by guests
• Set up and tear down of service stations
• Complete side work and closing/opening duties
• Assist guests with inquiries
• Review daily reports arrivals VIPs and groups in house
• Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your Skills and Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrable previous experience as a server in a fast paced upscale restaurant is required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends required
• Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale System advantageous
• Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment while working cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
• Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
• Ability to stand and be mobile for up to 8 hours
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently
