Job Summary

We are looking for a patient tech-savvy and customer-focused Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Au Natural this role you will be the first point of contact for technical issues providing essential first-level helpdesk support for our internal teams and digital platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver support that aligns with our people-first and values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial contact for technical support requests via ticketing system email chat or phone
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware software network and access issues
  • Support common tools such as email systems POS platforms CRM tools and e-commerce systems
  • Reset passwords manage user accounts and assist with system access
  • Document issues resolutions and procedures clearly in the ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering teams
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding technical setup for team members
  • Follow IT security data privacy and compliance standards
  • Provide friendly clear and non-technical explanations to users

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS SaaS tools and common IT systems
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk Freshdesk Jira Service Management etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
