Job Title: .NET Technical Lead
Location: NYC NY
Duration: 18 Months
Hours: 35 hours/week

Notes:

Candidates must be local to the NYC area and available to attend interviews onsite.

Responsibilities:

Architect design and implement full stack solutions using technologies including C# .NET 9 and Entity Framework.
Develop applications and integrations using Visual Studio and related Microsoft development tools.
Build and optimize SQL Server databases and queries.
Develop scalable Azure cloud solutions using services such as Azure App Service Azure SQL Database and Azure Functions.
Lead and mentor a team of .NET/C#/SQL Server/ETL full stack developers.
Integrate GIS systems with enterprise applications and workflows.
Develop and enhance ESRI ArcGIS Pro applications and custom extensions.
Implement custom GIS tools and automation using Python ArcPy Arcade or Model Builder.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to integrate front end and server side functionality.
Participate in code reviews debugging and performance optimization.
Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering GIS Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
8 years of experience as a Full Developer.
Strong expertise with C# .NET 9 MVC Entity Framework SQL Server and Azure.
Experience with front end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript React or Angular.
4 years of experience with ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap GIS development.
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Hands on experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK Python ArcPy Arcade and Model Builder.
Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Online and ESRI GIS products.
Experience working with geospatial databases including SQL Server Oracle/Oracle Spatial or PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
Experience with Git Azure DevOps and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
Strong leadership communication and documentation skills.
