About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition to support hiring for niche research scientific engineering and technical roles while partnering with leaders on broader people performance and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend recruitment for R&D Innovation Digital and Support Functions.
- Build robust talent pipelines for niche and hardto-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and competency needs.
- Manage sourcing screening assessments interviews and offer processes
- Drive Campus Hiring with elite academic institutions
- Ensure strong candidate and employee experience.
- Support HRBP activities—Job Chats engagement and employee relations.
- Collaborate with COEs for L&D compensation and HR operations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR with Bachelors in Engineering / Bsc (Physics / Chemistry)
- 8–12 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring technical / research / engineering profiles preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic innovation-driven environment.
