Due to growth PerformHR are seeking a Senior HR/ER Advisor with strong experience in Employment Relations. You will be an experienced HR professional that is hard working solutions focused highly disciplined people-minded and passionate about all things HR. These are ideally full-time roles (although four days will be considered for the right candidate) and are based in our office working from home and on client sites.
You will work in assigned client accounts servicing the full HR Employee Lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
Your key responsibilities
- ER - case management providing practical complaint advice to stakeholders. Demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant legislation award and enterprise agreement interpretation across multiple industries and represent clients in Fair Work matters where required.
- HR generalist advice and partnering with stakeholders to deliver people initiatives projects that support business outcomes.
- Client Satisfaction deliver exceptional client service by building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively manage accounts with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Communication strong and confident communicator with adaptability in all situations.
Qualifications :
- 7 years experience in HR
- Strong ER experience
- Bachelor in HR or similar
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to build strong relationships and partner with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
