Business Development Executive
Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing
strategies to improve the Companys market position and achieve financial growth. This role
involves developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance market presence building
key customer relationships regular interactions with stakeholders identifying business
opportunities negotiating contracts and closing business deals and maintaining extensive
knowledge of current market conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth strategies in line with the Companys vision and
mission.
Proactively identifying and qualifying new business leads and opportunities within the
research and consulting industry.
Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
decision makers and clients to foster repeat business.
Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends customer needs
and potential new markets for research services.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance the Companys market
position.
Developing compelling presentations demos and proposals that effectively
showcase the Companys research solutions.
Tracking and managing the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals
and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
Working closely with the technical and research teams to ensure solutions are
tailored to client requirements.
Representing the Company at industry events and conferences to build brand
awareness and network with potential clients.
Preparing regular reports on sales performance and forecasting future revenue.
Qualifications :
Candidates must be citizens of the country they are applying to.
Bachelors degree in Business Management/Administration Marketing or a related field
from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development preferably in the research
industry.
Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
Strong understanding of the research market including trends challenges and
opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated and results oriented.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience with market research and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and work
independently.
Strong presentation skills.
