Your day to day will include:
Providing outstanding front-desk service to residents their families visitors and our teams
Ensuring the safety of our residents and helping our teams and families with any incidents that may occur
Monitoring and responding to our medical alarm calls with a calm and solutions focused approach
Offering timely and efficient administrative and management support to both the Business Manager and wider village team
Maintaining accurate document control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
This is a part-time role working Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 3:30pm. We will also be looking for a Receptionist to join on a casual basis.

Youll be the kind of person who thrives on helping others keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and communicates effortlessly with people from all walks of life. If youre proactive detail-oriented and ready to support a dynamic management team wed love to hear from you.
Youll also bring:
A strong background in customer service and administration
Ideally experience supporting a management team with day-to-day operations
Exceptional attention to detail accuracy and time management skills
The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
A calm and empathetic nature who is first to lend a hand to support our residence and teams with incidents like trips and falls confusion or upset or just a soothing chat over a cup of tea.
