Whats on offer
The Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services team is looking to hire an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Head Office team at Noble Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further and gain industry relevant experience with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.
In this role youll be responsible for:
- Using your expert customer service skills to manage incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Provide a positive welcome to a high volume of internal & external visitors.
- Assisting with the organisation of events and meetings.
- Arranging travel
- Ordering PPE and uniform
- Conducting building inductions and arranging access for employees.
- Managing incoming & outgoing mail & couriers.
- Ordering stationery & office supplies
- Ensuring all kitchen meeting rooms and boardroom facilities are maintained as required
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Providing administrative assistance to the EA and the wider team as required.
How youll connect to the role:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience using JDE desirable but not essential
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- High-level attention to detail strong written and verbal communicator with excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to develop engage and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation
