Job Summary
- Greets guests in a friendly manner and provides excellent guest service.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of menu items including specials.
- Delivers food to guests promptly and courteously.
- Maintains knowledge of the propertys amenities including other restaurants.
- Provides guest service utilizing the Host and Service Etiquette Standards.
- Complies with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Must be able to speak read write and understand English.
- Strong guest service skills required.
- Knowledge of point of sales systems strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and extended hours as needed.
- Must be able to lift carry push and pull items up to 20 pounds.
