Job Summary

What our Business and Operations Systems Analyst will do:

  • Design implement and maintains systems to collect process and analyze data from various external sources.
  • Develop and manage scalable systems for data ingestion processing storage and reporting.
  • Analyze operational sales and production data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and support internal web applications and data tools used by Sales Operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Leverage operational technology (OT) data to improve production visibility and performance tracking.
  • Support data accuracy through validation reconciliation and calibration alignment.
  • Partner with automation and controls teams on data architecture and governance.
  • Create visualizations for operations review daily management and executive updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Develop implement and maintain full stack applications.
  • Identify automation gaps and manual processes that can be digitized or eliminated through system enhancements.   
  • Develop scripts workflows and system logic to eliminate recurring spreadsheet based and manual processes.
  • Build scheduled and event-driven automation that triggers updates alerts or reports.
  • Assist with pilot programs for automation AI and advanced analytics.
  • Support fresh supply planning activities as needed.

Qualifications :

Skills & experience that are necessary as our Business and Operations Systems Analyst will include but not limited to:

  • Ability to integrate and automate data flows using APIs webhooks and system interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of Python JavaScript and SQL for data analysis and application development.
  • Understanding of OEE downtime tracking speed loss yield and scrap metrics.
  • Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to create a problem-solving culture focused on identifying/addressing root causes of performance shortfalls
  • Experience with historians MES systems or SCADA platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical data into business value.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Business Analytics Information Systems Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in systems applications data analytics or business operations analysis.
