Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in global agriculture Were seeking an experienced P&S IT Delivery Lead to spearhead complex technical solutions across our worldwide vegetables supply chain this role youll orchestrate the implementation of cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across five continents to revolutionize our digital landscape.
Responsibilities/accountabilities will also include:
- Program Orchestration: Partner in the execution of the global digital roadmap coordinating between the Digital Product Managers Data Leads and Software Engineers.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Partner with leaders in Supply Chain (Planning Production Quality Processing and Logistics) to align technical delivery with operational needs.
- Agile Delivery Management: Participate in the Sprint process removing blockers for the technical team and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality releases.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external global integrators and software vendors to ensure performance standards are met.
- Budget Oversight: Track project spend against the global digital budget ensuring ROI and value realization for all technology investments.
- Stay current with advancements in AI ML and automation specific to the production & supply industry and assess their potential impact on the organization
- Actively seek and propose opportunities to leverage AI ML and automation technologies to enhance business processes decision-making and operational efficiency
- Advise on emerging technologies relevant to the production & supply sector
- Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to address business needs
Qualifications and required experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration IT Supply Chain or a related field
- Expert-level knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies)
- Enterprise Systems: Strong familiarity with the Digital Stack (e.g. SAP/ERP MES Warehouse Management Systems).
- Data Literacy: Ability to understand technical architectures (Data Lakes APIs) without necessarily being the one to build them.
- Global Operations: Proven experience managing projects across multiple time zones cultures and languages.
- Business-to-Tech Translator: The ability to explain complex technical constraints to a Plant Manager in simple business-centric terms.
- Strategic Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks in the global supply chain that can be solved through digital intervention.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable leading through the ambiguity of a digital transformation in a fast-paced global environment.
- Proven track record in production & supply or related industry preferred
Additional Information :
Theres a preference for the role to be based in Manchester but other locations within the UK can be considered.
