Job Summary
- Manage Monthly / Weekly Reporting Cycle and preparation of reports ensuring accuracy and visibility of progress against core KPSs
- Manage Saving Process for Procurement Function providing system support to members of CPE Manage relationship with Spend Analytics provider (Rosslyn Analytics)
- Continually update the spend Analytics Tool to reflect the most current data
- Lead spend reporting development in Power BI providing compliance and effectiveness to track progress of the procurement team against core KPIs
- Proactively seek new opportunities to add value by analysing technological trends and current procurement practices and challenging the status quo.
- Establish a culture of Continuous improvement within Corporate Procurement Team
- Manage the Outsourced Service Support resource to ensure compliance and identify areas of improvementExperience in business analysis reporting and monitoring of procurement spend
- Experience of driving systems adoption and usage
- Knowledge of SAP AribaPow BISAPExcel (Advanced)Access
