Job Summary
Reporting to the Venue Manager we are currently seeking a super star bartenders to join our dynamic team on the 16th floor 16 Antlers creating memories for our guests. This role is suitable for someone who is experienced in a similar role & knows how to ensure our guests have a great experience.
What is the role all about:
- Ensure efficient friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.
- Create and serve standard and specialised beverages.
- Follow procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment.
- Set up and pack down of bar and venue to a high standard.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests arrival.
- Work cohesively within the team.
Qualifications :
- Experience working in a similar environment.
- Outgoing people person that can build connections with our guests.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Valid QLD RSA
