Were seeking a Head of Cost Management to lead and grow our New Zealand cost management capability. This is a senior leadership role responsible for;
- Leading existing key client relationships.
- Creating and developing new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.
- Be a proactive member of the NZ senior leadership team with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team.
- Driving commercial performance.
- Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
- Participate in the development of the business plan and targets
- The delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex projects
- Demonstrate our Purpose Vision & Values in your everyday activities setting an example for excellence.
Qualifications :
- A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- MRICS / NZIQS accreditation ideal
- 15 Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skill
