Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- People Supply Chain Analytics:
Detailed analysis of attrition shrinkage and exit interview data by LOB and leadership tier. - Employee Engagement:
Execution of structured pulse checks and floor engagements to surface early warning indicators of disengagement. - Onboarding & Early Tenure Support:
Strengthening the 090 day employee lifecycle to reduce early-stage attrition (infant mortality).
Qualifications :
Recent graduate with a . in Human Resources or Management Studies.
