Slovenian Customer Service Specialist
Introduction We are partnering with a leading BPO consultancy and a premier global tobacco company to find a motivated Slovenian Customer Service this role you will be the face of the brand combining a human touch with modern technology to deliver exceptional customer interactions. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support as the primary point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers.
- Manage inbound inquiries through multiple channels including calls live chat email and social media.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador maintaining a positive and helpful image at all times.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Native or C2 level fluency in Slovenian.
- Good command of English (B2 level) for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
