Slovenian Customer Service Specialist

Introduction We are partnering with a leading BPO consultancy and a premier global tobacco company to find a motivated Slovenian Customer Service this role you will be the face of the brand combining a human touch with modern technology to deliver exceptional customer interactions. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support as the primary point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers.
  • Manage inbound inquiries through multiple channels including calls live chat email and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador maintaining a positive and helpful image at all times.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level fluency in Slovenian.
  • Good command of English (B2 level) for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
