Italian-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media)

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-level quality assurance by ensuring all client product integrations are properly completed.
  • Lead the implementation and setup progress for new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers.
  • Drive customer value by ensuring high levels of adoption usage and engagement with the hiring platform.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the platforms products to provide best-practice guidance to clients.
  • Monitor and track customer lifecycle milestones including onboarding and user activation goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer activity within the CRM system.
  • Assist in triaging troubleshooting tickets to ensure a seamless experience for all platform users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level for both).
  • Experience in analyzing data trends and client information to identify growth opportunities.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and foster strong professional relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM platforms and managing case/ticket queues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
