German-speaking B2B Advertising Specialist

Introduction We are currently seeking a motivated German-speaking B2B Advertising Specialist to join a global digital sales and marketing solutions this role you will be the bridge between cutting-edge tech solutions and business clients managing both inbound and outbound activities to drive growth in the digital advertising sector. If you are a natural communicator with a passion for sales and business development this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of B2B interactions through phone email video and social media channels.
  • Connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Utilize lead generation and prospecting tools to expand your client portfolio and find new opportunities.
  • Drive the sales process by maintaining a healthy pipeline and tracking opportunities through every stage.
  • Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Qualify leads and hand them over to the onboarding team for a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on your own performance metrics ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation.
  • Prior experience in the tech or digital advertising industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels prospecting techniques and qualification methods.
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Proactive organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and an interest in digital marketing platforms.
