Job Summary

German-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media)

Introduction We are thrilled to partner with a global technology services provider to recruit a German-speaking Customer Success this role you will be supporting a major social media hiring platform ensuring their clients achieve maximum satisfaction and ROI through effective program implementation. If you have a passion for client relations and want to work with one of the worlds most influential professional networks this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level quality assurance by verifying that all client product integrations are completed accurately.
  • Drive the implementation and setup progress for new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers.
  • Ensure customer success by promoting product adoption usage and engagement with the hiring programs.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the platforms products to guide customers on best practices.
  • Track and manage customer lifecycle milestones focusing on license activation and user engagement.
  • Record all customer activities and interactions promptly within the CRM system.
  • Assist in triaging troubleshooting tickets to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level for both).
  • Proven experience in analyzing data and trends to identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and managing queues/tickets independently.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
