German-Speaking Sales Support Specialist
Introduction
We are partnering with a global technology services provider to recruit a German-speaking Sales Support this role you will play a crucial part in supporting sales and revenue operations by ensuring data accuracy clean forecasting and smooth deal execution. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with numbers processes and cross-functional teams within a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off in coordination with internal Operations teams.
- Monitor revenue actuals scheduled billings and quoting tools to identify and resolve any gaps or duplications.
- Perform daily and weekly pipeline hygiene checks flagging issues like missing close plans or overdue opportunities.
- Investigate and reconcile billing and invoicing issues including disputes and credits in collaboration with Finance.
- Support forecasting activities by leading or joining closing calls and tracking deal progress.
- Manage support tickets related to pricing quoting tools and system updates.
- Work closely with quoting teams and sales management to proactively resolve any blockers in the deal process.
- Create and distribute reports on pipeline hygiene and billing readiness to ensure timely CRM follow-ups.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written).
- A good level of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Previous experience in sales support revenue operations finance support or a similar administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfort working with CRM systems quoting tools and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across different departments.
